Prof. Mohammad Abusara
Founder/CEO
With a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southampton and over ten years of commercial R&D experience at Bowman Power Group, Mohammad brings both academic rigor and industrial expertise to HitPower’s innovations. His specialized background in grid-connected inverter control and distributed energy systems has been crucial in developing our award-winning bidirectional inverter technology. Mohammad continues to bridge academia and industry as a visiting lecturer at the University of Southampton.

Suleiman Sharkh
Founder
Professor of Power Electronics at the University of Southampton with over 20 years of research experience in electric machines and renewable energy systems. Prof. Sharkh has published 160+ papers and his industry-funded research has contributed to multiple commercial products, including the grid-connected inverter technology that forms the foundation of HitPower’s innovations. His expertise in microgrids and renewable energy integration drives our research-to-market approach.

Miguel Robayo
Senior Engineer
Miguel holds a PhD in Renewable Energy and combines telecommunications engineering expertise with advanced energy systems knowledge. His specialised skills in energy management systems, industrial communications, CAD, and programming ensure HitPower’s technology delivers intelligent, connected power solutions with seamless integration across all applications.

Electrical Engineer
Raul is a technical electrical engineer with over nine years of R&D experience, specialising in motor control systems and power electronics. He holds an PhD in Renewable Energy Engineering from the University of Exeter. Raul focuses on advanced control methods for inverter systems, bringing hands-on expertise in both hardware design and software implementation to HitPower’s development team
